How we work?

We have offices located in the Central Park Corporate, in Querétaro city; we also have qualified team who lives in the Bajio zone, therefore, we can give you all the support that you and your partner may need.

Our Company is certified as specialist in destination weddings for SECTUR, which means that we have all the tools to give you the service that you required, even if you don’t live in Mexico or in the city where you want to celebrate your wedding, we have a system that allow us to plan a long distance wedding. And we only required your presence in two meetings during the project, everything else can be handle it online through my senior coordination team. Our team is bilingual, which makes the planning of your destination wedding easier.

We´re specialized in the Bajio zone weddings (Querétaro, San Miguel de Allende, Tequisquiapan, Bernal, Celaya, San Juan del Río and Guanajuato). But we work with associate planners and we can help each other to plan your wedding in Mexico City, Acapulco, Puebla and all the Riviera Maya zone and in California (LA, San Diego, etc).

We do not sell an all-inclusive wedding, on the other hand; we help you to get the wedding of your dreams, providing you a wide option of all kind of suppliers. We have a wide portfolio with the most trustful suppliers and with wide experience in weddings, we will offer at least three options of each category so you can choose the one that is the best for you according to your needs and stile. Thus the project will be personalized and always under the budget that was set.

We work with the best suppliers of the zone. We aren’t engaged with any specific supplier, but, to give you the security that you require and to ensure that your event is going to be successful, is necessary to work only with the suppliers on our portfolio, which whom may vary on prices and style, but always with high quality. If you hired a supplier before than the wedding planner service we can work with them without problem.

We offer a logistic and companionship service to the couple.

The company charge you a fee for project. The fee will be paid in 4 payments, and the total fee will be depending the next factors:

  • Duration of the project (How many months do we required to work with it)
  • Location (It depends on the city and the allowances)
  • Number of gests
  • Advance of the project.
  • In case of a destination wedding, if requires a bilingual person.

Our services include:

  • Planning of the event
  • Personalized service of scouting (we have a service in which we offer different options of venues for the wedding to the couple, and they choose which ones they want to go and visit. The proposal is made base on the likes of the couple, budget and availability. We create an agenda and later a chauffeur and a senior coordinator, in one of the vans of the company, we´ll take the couple to all the venues so they can choose the one that’s ideal for their wedding.

Later, if you decided to hire our wedding planner service, this cost will be taken as part of the first payment of the wedding planner service.)

Support to choose the best suppliers for your project (We will help you from the most basic as the photographer or catering service, till the search for your dress and the makeup artist for your bridesmaids and your family members, that is to say everything you´ll need for your wedding. We have a high quality portfolio of suppliers in the zone).

  • Special prices in local hotels for your guests
  • Payments to supplier’s coordination
  • Assembly and dismantling coordination
  • Courtship coordination (if necessary)
  • Transport for foreign guest coordination
  • Personal assistance for the bride, since the you start to get ready till the last minute of the big day.
  • Control of the alcohol (if necessaty)
  • Global timing of the event (minute by minute), support to coordinate the waltz, toast and special moments for the couple.
  • Organization and coordination of the civil marriage, ice breakers or cocktail for the day before the wedding.
  • Confirmation guests (mailing, texting and personalized phone calls).
  • Coordination and organization of the callejoneada (San Miguel de Allende)
